👩‍🏫Initials Specifications

• The format for initials should consist of the user's first name initial followed by a period, and then the full last name. For example, John Smith's initials would be "J. Smith". Xiaoming Zhang’s initials would be "X.M. Zhang".

Also, the collaboration group requires that you cannot have the same initials, please click on the check button next to the initials to check for duplicates, however as there are currently too many members in the collaboration group, duplicates are difficult to avoid and the current rule is to at least ensure that there are no duplicate initials within the same institution.

Normally, a person's initials should be the same regardless of which collaboration they are in. However, if you have such a problem, please contact us.
